Christina’s holds a Diploma in Secretarial and Business Studies. More importantly,
she has a formidable working experience of over 28 years, 17 of which were with
developers and seven as a real estate agent.

When she joined PropNex Realty in May 2005 as Project Sales Manager, her first
task was to set up a Local Project Sales Department with Mark Lim, the Head
of Department back then. Their first local project was in collaboration with
Colliers International Pte Ltd, where they provided manpower to sell The Trumps located at Kembangan for the developers, the Bonvest Group. They successfully sold out the project in 2006. This project was followed by The Infinity at West Coast Park by Frasers Centrepoint Homes, Park Natura by UIC Investment Pte Ltd and many others.

From July 2008, Christina’s new portfolio will be to spearhead the Auction Department for PropNex. She will oversee a team of experienced auction agents while working closely with lawyers and banks to publicise the department’s activities.

Married with two teenaged children, Christina believes in pro-activeness, integrity and perseverance.
