PropNex’s residential Project Marketing team is a phalanx of dedicated marketing consultants with a proven track record of high volume residential sales. They possess an impressive ability to meet the needs of the customers for any project, making them a reputable department on their own.

Their expert know-how has consistently exceeded the expectations of prestigious clientele which includes the likes of The Trumps by Bonvest Group, Park Natura by UIC Investments Pte Ltd, D’Fresco by HLH Group Ltd and others.

Part of this expertise stems from the rigorous training each Local Project Marketing agent receives. After a Basic Training Course conducted internally, agents then get trained and assessed by Colin Tan of Colin Tan Training & Consultancy in the niceties of Local Project Marketing. Only those who passed make it into the department.

Local Project Marketing’s scope of services cover two broad categories: Project Consultancy and Sales & Marketing.

The first includes participation and contribution at relevant project meetings, assisting in appointing an advertising consultant and the production of marketing materials. They also assist in pre-launch promotions as well as advise clients on their sales office and showflat design, concept and logistics.

Under Sales & Marketing, this department provides advice on many factors such as sales strategy, launch timing, pricing and incentives. They also help to coordinate the invitees (including PropNex’s list of VIPs as well as other prospects and guests) and other logistics for the preview and/or main launch.

Our Local Project Marketing department will man your showflat, service prospective buyers, assist in the sale and booking of units and handle telephone enquiries. They will negotiate with prospects on behalf of the Developer and, if necessary, refer to the Developer for acceptance. They will also advise to reassess pricing and sales strategies according to market conditions and the take-up rate.

International Corporate

PropNex’s venture into the international arena has undeniably expanded their worldwide reputation in the property market sector.

PropNex International Pte Ltd was set up to market real estate projects from the international market. Headed by Mr Ivan Hoh, who has 15 years of international project marketing experience under his sleeve and good relationships with many developers in the region, the group has established a good start in the business since it started its operation.

Together with Ivan, it has a core team of 12 experienced sales consultants, solely marketing overseas real estate developments and they are all very well versed with the property rules and regulations from the different countries that it has marketed. The team is also very adaptable to travelling, sometimes extensively, in the regional cities, such as Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Brunei, to do cross border marketing.

The team has marketed international projects coming out of Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, China, Indonesia, and United Arab Emirates. Some of the developers the team represented in the past are top developers such as Tan & Tan, Low Yat, UOA, DNP, Berjaya Group, E&O, Sunway (from Malaysia), PDG, FDG, Brady Group (from Australia) and Tridel (from Canada), to name a few.

Other then the individual investors, the team prides itself for having good clients who are fund managers, institution buyers as well as investors who have huge individual resources, other than individual investors and overseas homeowners, under its database.

These two projects, located in Dubai Sports City and Ajman Emirate City respectively, are developed by Chapal World a Dubai-based developer. Chapal is now a master developer for a huge landbank in Ajman called Emirate Lake Tower. PropNex is the master agent here in Singapore for Chapal World.

PropNex Shanghai provides real estate services, leasing and sales for private, residential and commercial purposes and helps to market foreign properties. PropNex Malaysia also provides the services as PropNex Shanghai. In addition, they also provide project marketing.

In Chennai, India, the PropNex presence is known as First Class, while in Australia, we have a representing office in Melbourne that helps to market Australian properties overseas.



Ivan is a Ngee Ann Polytechnic graduate, with a Diploma in Business, majoring
in International Marketing. He furthered his education by obtaining a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration from the University of Paramount Technology
in the United States.

He joined the real estate business in 1992 fresh from graduation and has
over 13 years’ experience on the overseas property market, much of which
came from his tenure outside of PropNex and which he now brings to the table here. He is particularly familiar with the Australia, Malaysia, Toronto, Indonesia, London, New Zealand, China and India markets.

The quiet Certified International Property Specialist fervently believes that passion is vital for success in any venture. When not actively pursuing career goals, he enjoys the occasional game of golf.
