Alfred graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of
Science degree. Alfred also holds the professional qualifications of Certified Financial
Planner and Fellow Chartered Financial Planner. With 16 years in the financial
planning industry, Alfred has in-depth knowledge and vast experience in
providing financial solutions to both individual and corporate clients.

He was a corporate trainer for insurance companies conducting a wide
range of training courses before he moved into agency building. During his years in agency management, Alfred has recruited and developed many high-producing representatives, including numerous MDRT and Court of Table qualifiers.

A firm believer of training and life-long learning, Alfred constantly develops innovative systems for his financial consultants so that they can stay ahead of the competition and deliver the maximum value to their customers. He has developed a proprietary Mortgage Planning System that provides comprehensive reports for home owners on the suitability of their mortgage to their financial capability. He has also trained over 1,000 property agents and financial planners in the area of mortgage planning. His views and insight knowledge on mortgage financial planning are often sought after by the media. His new focus is in the areas of Dynamic Investment portfolio and Employee Benefits solutions.
