Kee Chuan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. He is
SingSystems's Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the development of
IT solutions and is responsible for technology vision of the business.

Kee Chuan is also the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for PropNex. As the
CIO, he provides strategic information systems leadership in the context of
business, driving information technology objectives to meet the company's
business goals.

The Navy Captain (NS) began his professional career with a software house shortly after his National Service, developing customized systems for institutions and companies in a variety of industries.

In early 1990s, he became more focused in financial sector. During his 4-year stint with Great Eastern Life, he wrote computer programs for actuarial calculations and led a team to develop software for generating insurance policy schedules. This is followed by another 10-year career with financial services organizations, leading the development of enterprise information systems and the implementation of multi-million-dollar collaborative computing infrastructures.

He was the Head of IT responsible for technology strategy and regional IS activities prior to joining PropNex in August 2005.
