Responsibilities:
VALUATION MANAGER
1. Conducting valuations from banks/financial institutions for mortgage purposes which includes carry out valuation inspections and prepare valuation reports.
2. Assist in business development to banking and corporate clients, including the marketing and public relations aspects, overall aligned with the PropNex Corporate Marketing department guidelines.
3. Develop a corporate clientele base to carry out portfolio valuations for these companies.
4. Carry out corporate valuations which the company has been commissioned.
5. Build and maintain good working relationships with key account clients.
6. Create greater awareness for PropNex valuation department to be known in the real estate market.
7. Candidate with existing corporate clientele base will be advantageous.
8. Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
VALUER
1. Conducting valuations from banks/financial institutions for mortgage purposes which includes carry out valuation inspections and prepare valuation reports.
Requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in Real Estate from NUS or its equivalent qualifications from other universities.
2. Minimum two (2) years’ working experiences in the Valuation field for Valuation Manager position and fresh graduate for Valuer position.
3. Possesses an Appraiser Licence will be advantageous for Valuation Manager.
4. Proficient in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
5. Meticulous and sensitive with numbers.
