Accounts Cum Project Admin Officer, PropNex International Pte Ltd 

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare invoices for billing purposes.
  2. Update receipt of payment from agents.
  3. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
  4. Process forms and documents pertaining to sales and purchase.
  5. Check and verify details and records from buyers.
  6. Data entry of buyer’s particulars using our in-house system.
  7. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum GCE “O" level
  2. This is an entry level position. Willing to train someone with some years of office administrative / basic accounting working experience
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:

  • Working Location : Toa Payoh
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm
