Admin cum Accounts Officer, PropNex Property Management Consultants (PPMC)

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to phone calls and residents’ queries and maintain good relationship with residents.
  2. Perform general accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, handling of petty cash and banking of cash / cheques.
  3. Maintain the feedback register which documents feedbacks from residents.
  4. Handle maintenance fee billing to residents, issue maintenance notice/reminder as well as collect maintenance fees from residents.
  5. Manage booking and collection of fees for booking of condominium facilities.
  6. Prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices and documents.
  7. Collect invoices from vendors/contractors and coordinate the payment procedure.
  8. Assist the Condo Manager in the preparation of AGM documents such as attendance list, voting eligibility list, labels and the preparation of MCST budget.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. GCE 'O' level and above
  2. Proficient in MS office applications
  3. eticulous with numbers and attentive to details
  4. Ability to work independently and a good team player
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Able to speak Chinese as the role need to communicate with Chinese speaking residents.

Other Information:

  • Working Location: West
  • 5.5-day work week, alternate Saturdays
