In addition, my decade of experience running my own business in sales & marketing, branding, digital design, and general management has given me a competitive edge when it comes to marketing my client's properties. I know how to create a buzz and put their homes in the limelight, so they get the exposure they deserve.

I've had my fair share of ups and downs in the property market, too. I learned a valuable lesson when I sold my first property - a HDB flat - without cash proceeds due to accrued interest. It was a mistake I didn't want others to make, which is what inspired me to become an agent in the first place.
