Introducing Monopoly Championship, PropNex Edition, a one-of-a-kind challenge which allows you to gain financial literacy on asset progression in a fun and informative way! The game rules are unique to the real estate market, set by our very own CEO of PropNex Realty, Mr Ismail Gafoor.
The PropNex Monopoly Championship runs from May – September 2024.
Participants must be at least 18 years and above as at the date of registration.
Yes, the registration fee is as follows:
- S$10.00 inclusive of GST
- S$39.90 inclusive of GST [Usual price: $64.00] (includes 1 PropNex Monopoly set, including delivery)
- S$69.90 inclusive of GST [Usual price: $106.00] (includes 1 PropNex Limited Edition Gold Monopoly set, including delivery)
You will be directed to the booking page to secure your game slot.
There are 4 rounds in total: Qualifying rounds, Semi-final, Final and Grand Final.
You will need to be the table Champion for the round you are competing in. The Champion of the table is the player with the most assets worth and cash combined. If there is a tie, the participant with more cash will win. You may refer to the results tab to see if you qualify for the next round. Alternatively, Log In to your account to view your game results.
There are 100 prizes to be won.

Upon logging in to your account, you will see your game slot on the dashboard.
On the Login page, click on “Forget Password” and reset your password using mobile number and OTP.
You can withdraw from the PropNex Monopoly Championship using the “Give Up” option found in your Monopoly dashboard.

However, please bear in mind that by clicking on this “Give Up” option, you will not be able to re-join back if you have a change of mind at a later stage. By giving up your slot, you have also agreed that you have forfeited the chance to potentially win $108,000 cash.
