Champion showing expected for new BTO

The latest BTO (Build-To-Order) launch by HDB, Champions Court in Woodlands town, is expected to be well received.

“Woodlands is a matured estate,” explains PropNex CEO Mohamed Ismail. “Besides being within walking distance of the Woodlands Regional Centre and the MRT station, Champions Court is also within the 1km radius of a good number of schools. Hence I expect the project to be quite popular.”

Additionally, Champions Court features move-in condition studio apartments that are suitable for senior citizens, as these apartments boast elderly-friendly features.

Building on the continued demand for public housing and considering Champion Court’s pricing of 27% to 40% lower than resale flats in the area (based on HDB’s Q408 figures), Mohamed Ismail expects the project to be about five times over-subscribed.
