The International Property Awards, and its award winners’ logo, is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global property industry. Attaining one of these coveted awards is indisputable evidence that PropNex Realty is capable of beating some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive Singaporean and Asia Pacific property arenas.
“I am proud to announce,” states PropNex Corporate Communications Manager Mr Adam Tan, “that PropNex Realty won in both categories submitted for the International Property Awards: Real Estate Agency and Real Estate Agency Marketing.
“This is the first time that PropNex has ever entered into a competition on such a scale,” he continues, “and we are proud to have acquitted ourselves admirably with wins for both entries.”
Mr Tan credits the Real Estate Agency win to the many industry initiatives that PropNex has introduced since its formation: from the dual career path and being the first to introduce quarterly conventions for the benefit of its agents, to being the first local real estate agency to mandate professional indemnity insurance and continual professional development, to constantly championing professional service standards within the industry.
“We must say that it is in no small part due to the efforts of our over 4,000 salespeople and the support of all our clients that we have won this award,” says Mr Tan. “And for that, we would like to dedicate this prestigious award to our salespeople and customers who have placed their trust in us.”
With regards to the Real Estate Agency Marketing award, he feels that it is the efforts of the marketing team in PropNex Realty who have paved the way for this second win.
“The agency marketing efforts have been at the forefront of the local real estate industry for the past few years,” says Mr Tan, who is also the Marketing Communications Manager at PropNex Realty, “leading to greater brand awareness of the PropNex brand amongst consumers. They have achieved this through concerted branding efforts across several media channels, firmly establishing PropNex Realty as the real estate agency that delivers Service You Trust.”
