James Gan has more than 13 years’ experience as a real estate trainer. Besides being the first Zonal Leader for the Central Zone he has conducted extensive trainings, workshops and consumer seminars on top of training salespersons in programmes related to leadership management and psychology (in sales). For James, continual and consistent training for real estate salespersons is a vital part of one’s career. It will help one to develop and practice the skills they need to succeed in the industry, whilst boosting confidence level to deal with co-broke salespersons and also clients that they meet daily. He believes that his background as part of the Singapore Police Force has helped him hone his analytical and organizational skills for both his roles as a real estate salespersons and trainer.
