Introducing our 2017 Champion Senior Group District Director, Marcus Luah. Today, the charismatic leader has more than 460 associates in his team at PropNex.
Marcus shared, "I believe that the strength of my team lies in our age, adaptability and the cohesive environment that we provide. The past 5 years have truly been fulfilling for me as I learnt how to add value to the lives of others by moulding them as leaders as well, who can eventually grow a team of their own in the future. My achievements within the short years in PropNex are all thanks to the guidance of my leaders and the strong culture of PropNex which has set the standards for team building for all of its salespersons."
On what he loves most about PropNex, Marcus said "What I am most proud of PropNex is the fact that even though we are the largest real estate agency in Singapore, we are the most bonded and connected than most of the smaller agencies that I know of. The culture here is truly amazing."

Over the years in PropNex, Alvin Koh has touched the lives of thousands through his professional real estate advice, especially for HDB owners and upgraders. He believes that beyond just monetary gains, real estate salespersons should strive to guide clients through their property journeys to the best of their abilities. He strives to impart similar values to his associates in his team as he grooms the next generation of PropNex salespersons.
His ultimate goal for year 2018? "To duplicate my success and help more real estate salespersons to fight hard and ultimately emerge as Champions in the industry too."
Alvin shared that for a real estate salesperson to be at the top, one has to embrace good time management, the willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes in social media and technology. He highlighted, "Keep moving, it doesn't matter how fast or slow your progress is, as long as you keep moving forward and strive to do better than before. Ultimately, success will find you!"
Cijay Tew was awarded the 2017 Champion Branch District Director and today, the passionate team leader has more than 500 associates under his wing.
Cijay describes himself as a compassionate and caring leader. He strives to understand each of his associates' needs based on different level of learning abilities. He also goes the extra mile to guide them and creating value added initiatives like consumer seminars, team events, prospecting activities and training platforms to contribute to their success in the industry.
He shared, "Team-building is a serious matter because people who joined you entrust their career and the lives of their loves ones to you. It is hence important for leaders to be responsible and ensure that their associates can learn and grow effectively under your care. Always give your best to help them improve their lives and incomes, ultimately when your associates excel in their careers, they will bring the team to the next level!

Randy How clinched the title 2017 Champion Landed Property Transactor due to his passion in helping clients to find their dream landed homes.
