Randy How clinched the title 2017 Champion Landed Property Transactor due to his passion in helping clients to find their dream landed homes. To him, the three factors that made him a Champion today is, "Integrity, Perseverance and Focus". To aspiring salespersons who wish to be successful in the real estate industry, Randy advises, "Success never comes easily and you will have to put 100% dedication and passion in it. Besides this, having sincerity and conducting your business with integrity will bring you far in the industry."
Navin Bafna was recently awarded with the 2017 Champion Commercial/Industrial Property Transactor title due to his immense dedication towards his clients in the commercial real estate segment. The jovial and passionate real estate salesperson shared that the award came at the perfect point of his career after years of hardwork in the industry.
"It is always important to equip oneself with information and knowledge and be adaptable to the changing times. Those are the keys to sustaining a long and successful career. I believe that the real estate industry is a marathon and real winners would only emerge in long run!"

I also believe that to be successful in this career for the long run, real estate salespersons have to be determined and focused in finding ways on how to further add value to every single client who entrusted us with their property investments."
To new and aspiring real estate salespersons, Kelvin advice is, "Believe in yourself, if you want it strongly and you are willing to put in work for it, you will get it. Work as a TEAM to achieve greater performance and to constantly upgrade and train along the years."
PropNex 2017 Champion Individual Producer Loyalle Chin is also one of PropNex 10 Millionaires for the year. A consistent Top achiever, Loyalle currently focuses on serving clients in the segments of CBD Shophouses and Hotels in Singapore.

When asked how he managed to continue his success this year and maintain his progress despite busy schedule and life commitments, Andrew shared, "Yes, there are indeed many distractions in this century such as social media, games and more. The key to success for me is staying focused on my goals and reminding myself the reasons for the goals I set. Then, I will remove all other distractions in life and simply focus on my goal. To me, what it truly means to be focused is similar as trying to take a shot with a camera. When focused, only the focal point is being seen clearly, everything else is blurred. It is also important to prioritize on what matters, then we can easily attain a work life balance."
