Congratulations to Joanna Tan, for being awarded the Champion Group Division Director title and for being a PropNex Millionaire in 2017.
Before joining the industry, Joanna shared that she had a secure and comfortable job in the financial industry. However after seven years in her job, she felt a need to have a change in her life, something that challenges her from her comfort zone. Her passion for properties propelled her to join the industry in the year 2011. Fortunately for her, she had a smooth journey from the beginning where she started serving clients in the public housing segment.
With her positive attitude and helpful personality, many of her clients began referring friends and family to her, extending her network and helping her thrive in her career. Joanna enjoys helping clients move to the next phase of their lives through their new properties.
When asked what her aspiration for 2018 is, the selfless leader shared, "I want to be an example to my associates and see them achieve great results and supersede me in the future!"

When asked how he managed to continue his success this year and maintain his progress despite busy schedule and life commitments, Andrew shared, "Yes, there are indeed many distractions in this century such as social media, games and more. The key to success for me is staying focused on my goals and reminding myself the reasons for the goals I set. Then, I will remove all other distractions in life and simply focus on my goal. To me, what it truly means to be focused is similar as trying to take a shot with a camera. When focused, only the focal point is being seen clearly, everything else is blurred. It is also important to prioritize on what matters, then we can easily attain a work life balance."
Cijay Tew was awarded the 2017 Champion Branch District Director and today, the passionate team leader has more than 500 associates under his wing.
Cijay describes himself as a compassionate and caring leader. He strives to understand each of his associates' needs based on different level of learning abilities. He also goes the extra mile to guide them and creating value added initiatives like consumer seminars, team events, prospecting activities and training platforms to contribute to their success in the industry.
He shared, "Team-building is a serious matter because people who joined you entrust their career and the lives of their loves ones to you. It is hence important for leaders to be responsible and ensure that their associates can learn and grow effectively under your care. Always give your best to help them improve their lives and incomes, ultimately when your associates excel in their careers, they will bring the team to the next level!
