One of the most inspiring leaders in PropNex, Bobby Sng was awarded with the 2017 Champion Recruiter title for his selfless guidance and strong leadership in PropNex. Passionate and driven, Bobby's goals for 2018 are for his associates to excel in their careers and also to groom the next generation of PropNex leaders and managers who are inspired to impact people's lives positively through their professional real estate service.
Today, Bobby has more than 500 associates under his wing, and the team is growing day by day.
"I believe that real estate salespersons should have a clear mindset of what they want to achieve, take consistent action to improve until it becomes a habit and also take full responsibility for the goals they have planned for themselves - that's when success will come their way in this industry." Bobby highlighted.
Besides his passion in real estate, Bobby's life passion is to coach individuals on personal development, something he enjoys doing since young. He is highly motivated to help others change their lives positively for the benefit of their loved ones, beyond just excelling in their real estate business.
Congratulations to Sim Chwee San for being the Champion Rookie for the year 2017!Even though he has just joined the PropNex family, Chwee San has indeed stood out in 2017. Having successfully guided clients through their real estate investments, his outstanding performance has ranked him first amongst newly joined salespersons this year.
On why he chose to continue his real estate career with PropNex, Chwee San shared, "I personally love the admirable inclusive environment in PropNex where knowledge, information and winning strategies which are shared freely amongst one another as we drive each other to success."
For 2018, Chwee San aims to refine his techniques in his real estate business and start grooming his own team of salespersons in PropNex. When asked what salespersons should strive for in the industry, Chwee San highlighted, "Be genuine when dealing with people, be tenacious, and always be well informed of the matters involving your clients."
Congratulations to Joanna Tan, for being awarded the Champion Group Division Director title and for being a PropNex Millionaire in 2017.
Before joining the industry, Joanna shared that she had a secure and comfortable job in the financial industry. However after seven years in her job, she felt a need to have a change in her life, something that challenges her from her comfort zone. Her passion for properties propelled her to join the industry in the year 2011. Fortunately for her, she had a smooth journey from the beginning where she started serving clients in the public housing segment.
With her positive attitude and helpful personality, many of her clients began referring friends and family to her, extending her network and helping her thrive in her career. Joanna enjoys helping clients move to the next phase of their lives through their new properties.
When asked what her aspiration for 2018 is, the selfless leader shared, "I want to be an example to my associates and see them achieve great results and supersede me in the future!"
Congratulations to Dominic Lee and Chermaine Na for being awarded the Champion Producers - Couple Award 2017. Dominic is also one of the 10 outstanding PropNex Millionaires in 2017 and the Head of PropNex Luxury Team.
The couple shared, "We worked together as couple for close to 10 years now, since early 2008. We feel that working as a couple in the industry allows us to tap on each other's strengths." "I support Dominic in the things he does not like to do and vice versa! It is also a great feeling when we work together to help our clients in their investment journeys positively," commented Chermaine Na.
The couple believes that there are several factors that contribute to their success today. They shared, "We always put clients' interest at the first priority and never settle for mediocrity. On top of that, we constantly strive to be the best at what we are doing." In 2018, Dominic and Chermaine is challenging themselves to perform better than 2017's achievements.
Their advice to aspiring salespersons? "Do treat real estate like a business and a business requires you to invest both time and money into it. Make it happen and do not wait for things to happen for you."

Over the years in PropNex, Alvin Koh has touched the lives of thousands through his professional real estate advice, especially for HDB owners and upgraders. He believes that beyond just monetary gains, real estate salespersons should strive to guide clients through their property journeys to the best of their abilities. He strives to impart similar values to his associates in his team as he grooms the next generation of PropNex salespersons.
His ultimate goal for year 2018? "To duplicate my success and help more real estate salespersons to fight hard and ultimately emerge as Champions in the industry too."
Alvin shared that for a real estate salesperson to be at the top, one has to embrace good time management, the willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes in social media and technology. He highlighted, "Keep moving, it doesn't matter how fast or slow your progress is, as long as you keep moving forward and strive to do better than before. Ultimately, success will find you!"
