He believes that beyond just monetary gains, real estate salespersons should strive to guide clients through their property journeys to the best of their abilities. He strives to impart similar values to his associates in his team as he grooms the next generation of PropNex salespersons.
His ultimate goal for year 2018? "To duplicate my success and help more real estate salespersons to fight hard and ultimately emerge as Champions in the industry too."
Alvin shared that for a real estate salesperson to be at the top, one has to embrace good time management, the willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes in social media and technology. He highlighted, "Keep moving, it doesn't matter how fast or slow your progress is, as long as you keep moving forward and strive to do better than before. Ultimately, success will find you!"
Randy How clinched the title 2017 Champion Landed Property Transactor due to his passion in helping clients to find their dream landed homes. To him, the three factors that made him a Champion today is, "Integrity, Perseverance and Focus". On why he is proud to be a PropNexian, Randy shares, "PropNex is my number one choice because I am attracted to the strong vision of our management and leaders who constantly pave way for us to be at the forefront of information and knowledge - so that we can reach our clients quickly with first-hand information which will allow them to make sound property investment decisions."
To aspiring salespersons who wish to be successful in the real estate industry, Randy advises, "Success never comes easily and you will have to put 100% dedication and passion in it. Besides this, having sincerity and conducting your business with integrity will bring you far in the industry."

Shanel Liew is one of the most consistent performers in PropNex. Besides being the Champion in the categories above, she is also ranked #17 in PropNex in 2017. Her goals for 2018? "To build a stronger team of associates and help more of my associates to attain their dreams. In addition, I also aspire to retain overall my Champion Private Property and Champion Exclusive Lister for the fourth year in a row!"
We asked the passionate salesperson to share three factors that would mould someone into a Champion Realtor in the industry, "Work hard and be down to earth, never think of short cuts. Also, have the perseverance to stop at nothing in order to attain your vision and goals. Lastly, versatility to adapt to the ever changing real estate market to serve your clients effectively over time."
Shanel also shared how Proud she is to be a PropNexian today. "We have shown the world how a homegrown company can succeed into the largest real estate agency in Singapore. I believe that many individuals, including fresh graduates are choosing to be with us not because of monetary gains, but due to the agency?s ability to add value to their lives."

Before joining the industry, Joanna shared that she had a secure and comfortable job in the financial industry. However after seven years in her job, she felt a need to have a change in her life, something that challenges her from her comfort zone. Her passion for properties propelled her to join the industry in the year 2011. Fortunately for her, she had a smooth journey from the beginning where she started serving clients in the public housing segment.
With her positive attitude and helpful personality, many of her clients began referring friends and family to her, extending her network and helping her thrive in her career. Joanna enjoys helping clients move to the next phase of their lives through their new properties.
When asked what her aspiration for 2018 is, the selfless leader shared, "I want to be an example to my associates and see them achieve great results and supersede me in the future!"
Congratulations to Sim Chwee San for being the Champion Rookie for the year 2017!Even though he has just joined the PropNex family, Chwee San has indeed stood out in 2017. Having successfully guided clients through their real estate investments, his outstanding performance has ranked him first amongst newly joined salespersons this year.
