I also believe that to be successful in this career for the long run, real estate salespersons have to be determined and focused in finding ways on how to further add value to every single client who entrusted us with their property investments."
To new and aspiring real estate salespersons, Kelvin advice is, "Believe in yourself, if you want it strongly and you are willing to put in work for it, you will get it. Work as a TEAM to achieve greater performance and to constantly upgrade and train along the years."

Shanel Liew is one of the most consistent performers in PropNex. Besides being the Champion in the categories above, she is also ranked #17 in PropNex in 2017. Her goals for 2018? "To build a stronger team of associates and help more of my associates to attain their dreams. In addition, I also aspire to retain overall my Champion Private Property and Champion Exclusive Lister for the fourth year in a row!"
We asked the passionate salesperson to share three factors that would mould someone into a Champion Realtor in the industry, "Work hard and be down to earth, never think of short cuts. Also, have the perseverance to stop at nothing in order to attain your vision and goals. Lastly, versatility to adapt to the ever changing real estate market to serve your clients effectively over time."
Shanel also shared how Proud she is to be a PropNexian today. "We have shown the world how a homegrown company can succeed into the largest real estate agency in Singapore. I believe that many individuals, including fresh graduates are choosing to be with us not because of monetary gains, but due to the agencys ability to add value to their lives."
One of the most inspiring leaders in PropNex, Bobby Sng was awarded with the 2017 Champion Recruiter title for his selfless guidance and strong leadership in PropNex. Passionate and driven, Bobby's goals for 2018 are for his associates to excel in their careers and also to groom the next generation of PropNex leaders and managers who are inspired to impact people's lives positively through their professional real estate service.
Today, Bobby has more than 500 associates under his wing, and the team is growing day by day.
"I believe that real estate salespersons should have a clear mindset of what they want to achieve, take consistent action to improve until it becomes a habit and also take full responsibility for the goals they have planned for themselves - that's when success will come their way in this industry." Bobby highlighted.
Besides his passion in real estate, Bobby's life passion is to coach individuals on personal development, something he enjoys doing since young.
