My secrets are consistency and efficiency. Being the Top Rental Transactor for 6 out of 12 months and closing 139 transactions in 2015, I attribute my success to my husband Jude Teem, family, mentor and fellow co-brokers.
There is always demand in the rental segment and with hard work and determination. do it now because sometimes later never comes.
2015 was one of the best years I ever had. Winning the Champion Senior District Director just puts the icing on the cake. This award is attributed to the trust and faith that my Group have in me despite the tough market conditions. I believe strongly in continuous learning and building long-term relationships with both my Associates and clients, which resulted in my achievements over the years. I look forward to sharing more knowledge through regular trainings so that I can help bring the company to a higher level.
My advice to all associates is to constantly strengthen and build on their relationships with people around them, and also to upgrade your skills incessantly. Success can be attained if you persevere in doing the right things and place your clients interest above yours. I urge all associates to never stop learning.
The only short cut is hard work:
Work hard and take prompt action, otherwise, you will not achieve much.

Learn from others by attending seminars and conventions. Always be updated with the industry.
Give yourself a target to achieve. Having a goal will motivate you towards your goal.

It is crucial to co-broke with like-minded salespersons who focus in the landed segment as it helps in providing your clients with unlimited options and be informed with the latest market updates.

I stay in touch with my clients and investors to keep them well informed of the property market and as such, am able to effectively secure the deals. So, never stop upgrading yourselves! Having good knowledge of the landed segment will bring you a long way. I also believe that this is what differentiates me from my competitors.
With the TDSR in place, many landed properties are transacting at below valuation. 2016 will be a great year for potential upgraders to upgrade to this asset class and I believe that we can be of a great service to these clients!
I am honoured to receive 2015 Champion Division Director Award. My division sales increased 100% compared to the previous year. We told our associates to focus on RIGHT TECHNIQUES, as a result, we witnessed many of them achieving breakthroughs with the help of my wife Kelly. We will continue to work closely with my team and focus on individual sales and personal growth. We are ready to help more salespersons to achieve their personal breakthroughs in 2016.
