How do you feel being the OVERALL CHAMPION COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL TRANSACTOR 2019?
As a realtor who focuses on Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, this is the finest award one can ever receive. I consider myself very fortunate to receive it in consecutive years and will treasure moments like these. I also hope this inspires realtors who specialise in commercial and industrial segment to soar to greater heights.
How do you feel winning the CHAMPION COUPLE AWARD 2019 title with your husband?
I am thankful to have a wonderful husband to support and guide me in order to achieve this milestone! Being crowned the champion couple award has once again ascertained that we both can work very well together just like in the past when we were both in the corporate world in the same company.
How do you feel being the OVERALL CHAMPION ASSOCIATE BRANCH DISTRICT DIRECTOR 2019?
It is truly an honour to receive this accolade for my team - Champion Associate Branch District Director for 2019. I am ecstatic and glad that we achieved this, which is a testament that my team members have done well in 2019. I am sincerely appreciative of their effort and this award really belongs to everyone from Ken Ng Division.
How do you feel being the OVERALL CHAMPION ASSOCIATE DIVISION DIRECTOR for 2019?
I feel very honoured to emerge as Champion Associate Division Director amongst so many Champions in the biggest agency in Singapore. I feel happier for my team mates because it is their hard work that drives us to be the Champion team and this is very much a team award. I am very glad to guide them to achieve their goals and targets which in turn propel us to be where we are today. I look forward to helping more team mates to achieve their business goals and ambitions.
As a salesperson in this everchanging industry, how do you position yourself differently, to get your clients today.
I always give 200% to each client I work with, nowadays they are mostly repeat clients and lots of referrals. I even have clients who left Singapore many years ago but whenever they know of someone coming to live here, they will connect their friends to me via email to introduce us. I make it a point to match my clients as much as possible their dream home with the best option available in the market. I never try to push them to other developments.
In this modern-age how do you stand out in the real estate industry?
I spread out my advertising efforts everywhere to reach out to more people as possible. I advertise via audio or visual, multiple social media fronts, by means of traditional banners at bowling alleys and more. I also differentiate myself via my unique video marketing content to stay ahead of my competitors.
