Human Resource Manager,  PropNex Limited

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, Group Human Resource, you shall be overseeing, improving and performing (when necessary) the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions in the Company.


The job functions include but not limited to: -

  1. Recruitment and Selection
  2. New Staff Onboarding and Orientation
  3. Welfare, Compensation and Benefits
  4. Payroll Processing
  5. Employee Relations
  6. Performance Management
  7. Training and Development
  8. Staff Offboarding


  1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management or its other equivalent.
  2. Professional Qualifications in Human Resource Management.
  3. Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience specializing in HR profession.
  4. Someone who has performed HR generalist roles would be most ideal, must be strong in Recruitment & Selection, must have experience in payroll processing.
  5. Hands-on experience in using HRIQ software to perform the HR roles.
  6. Process-oriented, meticulous, forward looking, possesses great initiative.
  7. Strong people skills, good communication and writing skills.
  8. Prepared to work in a fast-paced progressive environment.
  9. Ability to start within short notice would be highly advantageous.
