Admin Officer (IT Support), PropNex Limited Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research from online and offline sources. For eg : Extract developers’ brochures, newspaper articles.
  2. Extract the relevant data and input into the Company database.
  3. Train our associates on the usage of the Company Mobile App.
  4. Troubleshoot and attend App related issues and concerns.
  5. Perform administrative and filing duties.
  6. Perform any other adhoc assignments as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  1. GCE "O" level / ITE / Diploma Holders.
  2. Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in customer service and administrative field.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel / Word.
  4. Meticulous and has good communication skills.
  5. Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or within short notice.
