Responsibilities
1. Check completeness and accuracy of admission, renewal, exit applications.
2. Submit admission applications to Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) for processing.
3.Perform e-filing, data entry, telemarketing and general administrative tasks.
4.Support the general administration of recruitment activities.
5. Perform any other adhoc matters as and when assigned.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum three (3) years of Administrative experience.
3. Proficient in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
4. Meticulous and number sensitive.
5. Able to cope with tight deadlines and fast paced environment.

Other Information
Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
