We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programmes, alongside related marketing campaigns and events. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth training operations, participant communications, and on-ground execution, while also supporting multi-channel marketing communications (email, WhatsApp, SMS and social media).

The position involves coordinating training schedules and registrations, managing participant enquiries, supporting trainers and on-site sessions, and creating training-related content and communications.

Responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate and support training programmes, including registrations, participant communications, on-site and online session support.
2. Manage training-related communications via email, WhatsApp and social media, ensuring clear and timely updates.
3. Support marketing campaigns and promotions for training programmes across digital channels.
4. Create and update training and marketing content, including short-form videos, artwork and basic podcast recordings.
5. Support on-ground training and event execution, including content capture and real-time updates.
6. Handle enquiries and maintain accurate information across training platforms, website and internal systems.

Requirements
1. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in training co-ordination, marketing communication, work in academic projects, freelance, internship is advantageous.
3. Able to create and edit basic content, including video, artwork, and podcast materials.
4. Strong in spoken and written communication skills. 
5. Willing to support on-ground events and training operations.
6. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Systematic, organised, meticulous.

Other Information
Working Location: Toa Payoh
5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
