Responsibilities

  1. Support and process submissions by Sales Representatives

  2. Handle general enquires from walk-in and phone calls

  3. Ensure timely collation and dispatch of documents within specified timeframe

  4. Manage the filing of documents related to new business, Clients or Sales Representative Matters

  5. Perform data entry for new business and transactions

  6. Maintain the data of Clients and Sale Representatives in the internal system of the Company

  7. Maintain office inventories such as stationaries and proposal forms

  8. Assisting the Adviser Care Team with HR matters and requests of the Representatives such as email creation, Agent code creation and name-card ordering

  9. Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
     

Requirements

  1. GCE O level and above

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

  3. Highly organised and able to multitask with ease

  4. Meticulous and maintain high standard of accuracy in work

  5. Positive attitude and willing to learn

  6. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

  7. Customer service oriented

Other Information

  1. Working Location: Great World City
  2. 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (9.00am to 6.00pm)
