Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to our employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and redirect phone calls.
- Attend to general walk-in or call-in enquiries.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform routine data entry.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations.
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
- Maintain internal databases.
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.
- Any other administrative duties or general office support as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE `O’ level and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly organized and able to multitask with ease
- Meticulous and maintain high standard of accuracy in work
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
Other Information:
- Working Location: Great World City Office Tower (River Valley area)
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (9.00am to 6.00pm)
