• High speed Wi-fi connectivity
• Weekly cleaning of common areas and rooms except for dishwashing
• Inclusive of condo facilities: swimming pool, gym
• No smoking and no pets on the premises
• Light cooking allowed
• Visitors allowed on the premises before 10pm. NO overnight visitor.

Additionally borne by the tenant:
- $50 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon and minor repair cost, bed and wardrobe not covered so ensure to check before moving in)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) one time
- Admin fee $50 one time
- Cleaning fee $50 for moving out, one time
