Hi, I am Salihin.

I am a Real Estate Consultant from PropNex. My agency has groomed me to be an Asset Progression Consultant. Being in PropNex, the largest agency with more than 12,000 consultants, I am supported with a lot of database and thus am equipped with not only the right knowledge in property market but a clear market direction.

Through our Creative Funding strategies and understanding the tax structure, I have helped a lot of HDB owners upgrade to become multiple properties owners.

Some went on to own landed and commercial properties. This gave me the chance to break into this market segment.

Now I manage their portfolio by giving them Market Direction and Advice to preserve their wealth.

Aside from being a real estate mentor and consultant, I am a leader of a team of 60 salespersons and also a trainer under the agency.
