Meet Jasper, a property advisor who has went through his own rough housing journey. Like most Singaporean families, Jasper’s journey began with a HDB in Sengkang in 2013. This property was meant to be his pillar of financial stability and home for his family. But instead, Jasper suffered six-figure losses as the property value declined drastically.
