Summer has been in the real estate industry since 2009. Her strength lies in understanding her clientele’s needs and going the extra mile to get the deal done by tapping into her network, her helicopter vision of the market, her understanding of legal, financial and business matters and keeping abreast of the trends. Her bubbly personality also put many people at ease. In doing so, she has garnered great support from her clients who are more than willing to give referrals. One of her strengths lies in serving expatriates in their relocations to Singapore, with tenants working in Apple, Netflix, SAP, Schaeffler, World Bank Group, to name a few. With her trustworthiness and integrity, she has also successfully branched into the High Net Worth China clientele market.

Summer graduated in year 2000 with a Master of Business from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. Her basic degree was Bachelor of Business (Upper 2nd Honours) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Major in Financial Analysis and a Minor in Accountancy in 1998.
