I have been in the construction and property development industry for more than 30 years since graduating from NUS with a bachelor in Civil Engineering and a MBA from
University of Leeds (UK).

I am well verse in the property development, marketing and sales and project /FM management practices working for reputable public listed property developers for more than 25 years.

I have worked with many marketing agencies and sales personnel in the past to successfully sell out the developments we marketed by understanding the market current and future needs and trends.

I understand both the needs of sellers and buyers and also strive to provide satisfaction and a best win-win to all my clients and fellow colleagues and agents.
