Singapore, 13 May 2026 - Singapore's largest real estate agency, PropNex Realty today announced that Adrian Lim, Co-Founder of PropertyLimBrothers, has officially returned to PropNex. As of today, 22 salespersons from PLB Realty Pte Ltd have successfully joined PropNex, with a further 15 salespersons currently pending approval from the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).

Widely recognised as one of the pioneers of content-driven property marketing in Singapore, Adrian Lim and his team at PropertyLimBrothers have been instrumental in reshaping the local real estate marketing landscape through cinematic property presentations, educational real estate content, and innovative digital storytelling strategies that have garnered significant consumer engagement across social media platforms.

Before entering the real estate industry, Adrian served with the Singapore Prison Service, where he met fellow co-founder Melvin Lim during training in 2004. Both subsequently transitioned from the civil service in 2007 to pursue careers in the real estate sector.

Adrian commenced his real estate career with PropNex Realty in 2010, where he established himself as a top-performing leader and consistent PropNex Millionaire. Over the course of his 12-year tenure with the agency, he received multiple recognitions as one of the company's leading achievers before departing in 2022.

His return to PropNex as Senior Associate Group District Director marks another significant addition to PropNex's growing salesforce and reinforces the agency's position as a leading platform for top-performing real estate professionals and digital-first marketers.
