湖景园集体出售将开启私下协议谈判

新加坡,2022 年 6 月8日——博纳产业宣布,裕廊西 湖景园(Lakepoint Condominium)集体出售招标,在没有投标的情况下,已于2022 年 6 月 8 日下午 2 点结束。这个99 年地契的开发项目,于 2022 年 4 月 19 日以 S$6.4 亿的保留价(reserve price)重新推出集体出售。

湖景园地段面积为 562,286sqft,市区重建局2019年发展总蓝图(URA Master Plan 2019)将地段划为住宅用途,容积率为 1.4。这个公寓开发项目含 304 个住宅单位和 5 个商店单位,只需步行就可抵达湖畔地铁站(Lakeside MRT Station)。项目也靠近裕廊湖区(Jurong Lake District),而这将成为市中心以外最大的综合商业区。

博纳投资与集体出售主管吴美琪(Tracy Goh)表示:“虽然开发商对湖景园地段相当感兴趣,但在集体出售招标结束时,我们没有收到任何投标书。我们将立即与感兴趣的各方洽谈私下协议。根据集体出售相关法律,发展项目的屋主可以在投标截止日期后的 10 个星期内,与买家签订私下协议合同。”
