The site has a maximum gross floor area of 54,789 sq m.

The Tanjong Katong MRT station is slated to open in 2023-2024 under Phase 4 of the TEL opening. The development is also easily accessible to major roads and expressways such as East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Mountbatten Road, providing seamless access to destinations such as Suntec City, Marina Bay Financial Centre, and Changi Airport.
For families with school-going kids, there are several education institutions in the area, including Tanjong Katong Girls’ School, Tanjong Katong Primary School, Tanjong Katong Secondary School and Chung Cheng High School.
